Job Title: Cloud and Infra Support

Responsibilities

- Engage in Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management activities.

- Maintain and support Azure Local (Azure Stack HCI) and Hyper-V environments ensuring platform stability, availability, and security.

- Monitor compute infrastructure health and proactively address operational risks.

- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Hyper-V clusters and failover clustering technologies.

- Deploy firmware, drivers, operating system updates, and security patches across compute platforms.

- Support Dell PowerEdge server infrastructure and associated hardware lifecycle operations.

- Manage storage integrations and participate in capacity planning activities.

- Minimize configuration drift through standardization and automation initiatives.

- Create and maintain SOPs, Work Instructions, Standards, and operational documentation.

- Collaborate with Cloud, Network, Security, Monitoring,



and Platform Engineering teams.

- Drive service improvements through automation using PowerShell and infrastructure tooling.

- Participate in Business Continuity and platform resiliency initiatives.

- Deliver high-quality operational support in a fast-paced 24x7 enterprise workplace.

Required Technical Skills

- Microsoft Azure Local (Azure Stack HCI)

- Experience managing hypervisor hosts, clusters, virtual machine lifecycle management, live migrations, and platform upgrades.

- Microsoft Hyper-V

- Windows Server Administration

- Windows Failover Clustering

- Dell PowerEdge Compute Platforms

- PowerShell Automation

- Infrastructure Monitoring and Alerting
