Cloud Administrator

About the Role

RTAC is looking for a Cloud Administrator to manage and maintain cloud-based services used across its business applications and technology platforms. The role involves administering cloud accounts, configuring resources, managing access, monitoring usage, and ensuring cloud environments operate efficiently and securely.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer cloud accounts, subscriptions, projects, and resource configurations.

- Provision and manage virtual machines, storage services, and cloud-based resources.

- Configure user roles, access policies, and identity management controls.

- Monitor cloud usage, resource consumption, and service availability.

- Manage cloud backups, snapshots, storage policies, and recovery operations.

- Configure networking components, firewall rules, and connectivity settings.

- Review cloud resource utilization and identify opportunities for cost optimization.





- Handle routine cloud maintenance, configuration updates, and operational documentation.

- Assist teams with cloud environment setup and service-related issues.

Skills & Qualifications

- Understanding of cloud administration and computing fundamentals.

- Familiarity with GCP, Oracle Cloud, AWS, or Microsoft Azure.

- Knowledge of IAM, virtual machines, storage, and cloud networking.

- Basic understanding of Linux/Windows administration, DNS, and firewall concepts.

- Familiarity with cloud monitoring, backup solutions, and access management.

- Awareness of cloud security and resource cost management.

- Positive troubleshooting, analytical, and organizational skills.

- Freshers with cloud certifications, hands-on projects, or practical training are encouraged to apply.
