Role: Clinical Operations Support Analyst

Location: Pune/Nagpur, MH (Work from our office, 5 days a week)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Shift Time: UK Shift (02:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST)

Notice Period: Immediate joiner

Job Summary:

We are looking for a candidate with 5+ years of experience and strong Clinical Operations domain knowledge, along with valuable SQL and Reporting/Analytics skills, to provide support to business users.

Key Responsibilities:

- Resolve business user tickets independently.
- Support queries related to Clinical Operations.
- Analyze and troubleshoot reports and NLQ outputs.
- Investigate data discrepancies and perform data reconciliation.
- Work with business users to resolve reporting and data-related issues.

Required Skills:

- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of Clinical Operations.
- Good hands-on experience with SQL.
- Experience in Reporting and Analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently.
