: We are looking for an experienced professional with strong experience in Clinical Data Management and People Management.
Mandatory Requirements:
- 12–18 years of overall experience.
- Experience managing a team of 8–12 members is mandatory.
- Experience in managing Local Lab or Central Lab activities.
- Strong knowledge of Clinical Data Management (CDM).
- Experience in managing EDC User Account Management, Data Entry and eTMF Documentation activities.
- Valuable knowledge of Clinical Trial processes and ICH-GCP guidelines.
- Experience in team performance, resource allocation and quality management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the team.
- Allocate resources and monitor team productivity.
- Mentor and train team members.
- Ensure quality and timely delivery of clinical data activities.
- Handle team performance and client-related issues.
