Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day clinic operations and ensure smooth functioning.

Supervise clinic staff and coordinate with veterinarians and paravets.

Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.

Monitor appointments, patient records, and clinic activities.

Maintain clinic hygiene, safety, and operational standards.

Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations.

Monitor inventory, medical supplies, and other clinic requirements.

Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

Preferred candidate profile

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in clinic management, hospital operations, or a relevant field.

Robust team management and communication skills.





Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to manage daily operations efficiently.

Experience in veterinary or pet care clinics will be an added advanta
