Lagom by Ami is seeking a proactive and result-oriented Clinic In-Charge / Clinic Operations Manager to oversee daily clinic operations, lead the team, ensure excellent client experience, and drive clinic sales, marketing, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage daily clinic operations, appointments, and service delivery.

· Supervise staff, allocate duties, monitor attendance, and support team performance.

· Maintain high standards of client service, hygiene, safety, and clinic facilities.

· Handle client enquiries, complaints, follow-ups, and relationship management.

· Drive clinic sales and achieve revenue targets by converting enquiries into consultations, bookings, and service packages.

· Manage leads, follow-ups, client retention, repeat bookings, and referrals.

· Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotions, offers, and local outreach activities.

· Support digital marketing initiatives and track leads and conversions across sources.

· Identify business development opportunities, partnerships, and referral networks.

· Monitor sales, revenue, client footfall, and marketing performance; submit regular reports.

· Maintain operational records, billing coordination, inventory,



and documentation.

· Ensure client communication and promotional activities follow approved policies and brand standards.

Qualifications & Experience

· Bachelor’s degree or higher in any stream from a recognized university.

· 3–6 years of experience in clinic, healthcare, wellness, aesthetics, hospitality, or service operations.

· Experience in team management, sales, marketing, or business development preferred.

· Experience in an aesthetic, dermatology, wellness, or beauty clinic is an advantage.

· Familiarity with CRM systems, lead tracking, and MS Office / Google Workspace.
