Job Summary

The CSM-III / Account Manager is a senior-level role responsible for managing high-value, complex client accounts. This role combines strategic account management with operational excellence to drive client satisfaction, retention, and growth.

Responsibilities

- Account Ownership: Lead high-touch client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for all operational and strategic needs.

- Segment-Specific Focus: Account Manager: Own Inside Sales responsibilities for Healthcare, Public Sector, Enterprise, and Mid-Market accounts without a dedicated Sales AE.

- CSM-III: Focus on operational excellence for ZBS/GAM accounts, including inventory, pricing, and project coordination.

- Client Development: Expand client relationships through strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and Zones sales methodology.

- Client Onboarding: Ensure smooth onboarding using digital tools and maintain accurate catalogs and pricing profiles.

- Lead &
- RFP Management: Convert leads promptly and manage RFPs, including OEM engagement and product alternatives.

- Digital Enablement:



Drive client adoption of Zones platforms like Zones Assist, Zones Connect, IntelliPlan, and myZones.

- Inventory &

- Standards Management: Maintain zero distressed inventory, manage standards, and coordinate across US/CA and global teams.

- Cadence &

- Collaboration: Participate in structured routines like daily huddles and feedback sessions to align with leadership and drive performance.

Qualifications

- Experience - Minimum 8 years.

- Education - Graduation in any discipline.

- Exposure to medium to large-scale projects.

- Operational Excellence: for managing day-to-day operations, provide backup for Sales roles, and ensure accurate billing of GSCaaS services.

- Compliance &
- Reporting exposure: for ensuring contract compliance, accurate documentation, and timely reporting to stakeholders.
