Client Service Manager - US IT & Healthcare Staffing

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat

Work Mode: Onsite Only

Shift: US Night Shift

Working Hours: 7:30 PM - 4:30 AM IST

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday

Experience: 1-4 Years in US Staffing

Key Skills & Requirements:

- Prior experience in US Staffing is mandatory.
- Experience in IT Staffing or US Healthcare Staffing.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in client relationship management and coordination.
- Ability to manage client queries, expectations and ongoing requirements.
- Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Vadodara and during US Night Shift.
