Role Description The Client Relationship Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Panvel, responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with business and jewellery insurance clients. This role involves handling day-to-day client interactions, understanding insurance needs, and providing product recommendations across Jewellers Block, Fire, Health, and Business Protection policies. The individual will follow up on inquiries, prepare proposals, assist with policy documentation, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.

Daily responsibilities also include resolving client queries, supporting claims processes,



maintaining updated records in CRM or other systems, and identifying opportunities for policy renewals and cross-selling.

Officer is expected to represent the company professionally, uphold service standards, and contribute to customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Business Relationship Management skills to build, maintain, and grow long-term client partnerships.
- Candidates should possess foundational Finance skills to understand insurance products, premiums, and basic risk and coverage concepts.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to handle queries, resolve issues, and deliver a positive client experience.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to identify client needs, present suitable insurance solutions, and support renewals and cross-selling.
- Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or B2B client-facing roles is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Panvel, manage multiple client accounts, and use digital tools or CRM systems efficiently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Commerce, or a related field is advantageous; relevant certifications in insurance are a plus.
