Client Relationship Officer

We are looking for a confident, and well-organised Client Relationship Officer to coordinate Scaleup Business Club programmes, manage guest relationships, and ensure smooth communication and coordination for our events and activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and manage Scaleup Business Club programmes and events.
- Communicate with guests, speakers, and invited participants.
- Handle guest invitations, follow-ups, and confirmations.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, guests, and business members.
- Coordinate event schedules and programme arrangements.
- Ensure smooth execution of club activities and programmes.

Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good coordination and organisational abilities.
- Confidence in interacting with multiple guests and professionals.
