Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain robust, long-term skilled relationships with key clients. Own client accounts and act as the primary point of contact. Represent the company confidently in meetings and discussions.

Interaction &

- Coordination Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client requirements. Handle client escalations and resolve issues proactively.

Requirement Understanding

Understand client expectations and communicate them clearly to internal teams. Ensure smooth execution and follow-up of ongoing assignments.

Strategic Communication





Lead client meetings and present the companys capabilities professionally. Maintain a positive company image through effective communication.

Stakeholder Management

Coordinate with management and operational teams to ensure client satisfaction. Maintain regular engagement with clients through scheduled reviews and check-ins.

Client

Retention &

- Growth Identify opportunities for repeat business, upselling and cross-selling. Track client satisfaction and take steps to improve retention. Documentation &
- Reporting Maintain records of client interactions, meeting minutes and follow-ups. Prepare reports and updates for management.

Qualification: Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Commerce or a related field. MBA/PGDM in HR or Marketing will be an added advantage. .
