Preferred Background: Experience in textile retail shops – Finance or Inventory

Role Overview

We are looking for a graduate with practical experience in textile retail operations, particularly in finance or inventory management. The candidate will work with our ERP team to support retail clients in implementing and using our ERP solutions. Training on ERP products and processes will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

· Understand retail business processes relating to billing, sales, purchases, accounts and inventory.

· Assist in ERP implementation at client locations.

· Coordinate with clients to understand operational requirements and resolve queries.

· Support user training and day-to-day ERP operations.

· Conduct functional testing to ensure ERP solutions meet business requirements.

· Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.

· Travel to client locations whenever required for implementation, training and operational support.

Requirements





· Graduate in any discipline.

· 1–3 years of experience in a textile retail shop, preferably in finance or inventory.

· Basic computer knowledge.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to understand business processes and interact with clients.

· Willingness to learn ERP applications and travel to client locations when required.

Training & Growth

· Training on ERP products, retail processes and implementation.
