We are seeking a Client Integration Engineer with strong SQL and JavaScript skills to monitor, troubleshoot and resolve integration issues for some of the largest internet retailers on a Digital Media Solutions platform. The ideal candidate can explain technical issues clearly to non-technical stakeholders, and thrives as both an individual contributor and a member of a dynamic, team-oriented team. Digital marketing experience, especially in online display advertising, is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve integration issues for large internet retail clients

- Design, develop, implement and test technical solutions based on client and business requirements

- Test and troubleshoot integrations and technical configurations

- Oversee the health of client accounts, identify enhancement opportunities and drive creative solutions that meet client marketing initiatives and anticipate future needs

- Act as the technical subject matter expert, working with internal teams to drive the execution and delivery of key client initiatives





- Collaborate with Analytics, Account Management, Client Development, Media Managers, Studio and Software Development teams

- Help establish best practices across the enterprise and facilitate knowledge sharing

Mandatory Skills

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, MIS or a related field, or equivalent experience

- 3-6 years of experience in a technical role

- Strong command of SQL (querying and analyzing)

- Hands-on programming experience with JavaScript

- High level of expertise with web technologies: HTML, APIs and web integrations

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical aspects to a non-technical audience

- Strong attention to detail and quality focus

Preferred Skills

- Previous digital marketing experience, especially in online display advertising

- Prior consulting and analytical experience

- Scripting knowledge: shell and Python
