ASquared Realty Group is a Kolkata-based real estate advisory focused on helping clients discover and invest in residential properties across the city. We work with reputed developers and assist prospective homebuyers throughout their property-buying journey.

We are looking for a motivated and articulate individual to handle calls and follow-ups with prospective property buyers.

Role & Responsibilities

Make approximately 6–10 calls per day to qualified property leads provided by the company.

Understand the prospective buyer’s requirements, budget and purchase preferences.

Explain relevant property options and generate interest in scheduled site visits.

Follow up consistently with prospective clients over calls and WhatsApp.

Coordinate with the management team to arrange site visits.

Maintain regular communication and respond promptly to client updates shared over WhatsApp.

The primary objective is to convert qualified enquiries into confirmed property site visits.

Compensation

This is a performance-based opportunity with no fixed monthly salary.

₹1,000 per successful site visit.

₹20,000 per successful property sale.

Both incentives are payable in addition to each other where applicable.

Your earning potential depends on your ability to engage prospective buyers, follow up effectively and convert enquiries.

Working Hours & Arrangement





Versatile working hours.

Approximately 1–2 hours of active work per day.

All client calls and follow-ups must be made between 10 AM and 6 PM.

Must remain reachable on WhatsApp during this window for updates and follow-up instructions.

Work from anywhere. No office attendance required.

Important: Although daily working hours are flexible, availability and responsiveness during the 10 AM – 6 PM window are essential. Client follow-ups may need to happen at shor t notice.

Eligibility & Requirements

Excellent verbal communication skills.

Comfortable speaking with prospective customers over the phone.

Good conversational skills and the ability to build rapport.

Consistent, responsible and proactive with follow-ups.

Willingness to learn about residential real estate and property markets.

Must have a smartphone and a stable internet connection.

Availability during the stipulated working window.

Prior experience in real estate or telecalling is NOT mandatory. Training and guidance will be provided.
