Responsibilities

- Manage a high volume of client communications (calls, cases, faxes, emails).

- Negotiate with clients to reduce aged balances and ensure smooth cash flow.

- Resolve complex client inquiries and billing disputes.

- Collaborate with internal teams to research and resolve issues.

- Administer the Billing Disputes Queue and investigate client requests promptly.

- Provide quarterly collectability analysis to support bad debt calculations.

- Respond to urgent client inquiries to prevent escalations.

- Explain contract terms and billing details clearly to clients.

- Prepare and submit credit approval requests; ensure timely processing.

- Ensure compliance with the Credit Authority Matrix.





- Keep management updated on all client escalations.
