Rama University is looking for a responsible and experienced Civil Supervisor to oversee daily construction, repair, and maintenance activities across the university campus.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily civil construction, repair, and maintenance work.
- Monitor labour, contractors, and site activities.
- Ensure work is completed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Check the quality of construction materials and workmanship.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and maintenance teams.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
- Maintain site records, reports, and material requirements.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards at the workplace.
Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred.
- Relevant experience in civil construction, site supervision, or maintenance.
- Positive knowledge of construction materials, drawings, and site management.
- Strong coordination and supervision skills.
- Ability to manage labour and contractors effectively.
Experience 1–3 Years of relevant experience preferred.
Job Location: Rama University, Mandhana, Kanpur.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
