Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

1. Supervise day-to-day civil construction and maintenance activities at the project site.

2. Monitor construction work as per approved drawings, designs, and specifications.

3. Ensure quality standards and timely completion of assigned projects.

4. Coordinate with contractors, engineers, vendors, and site workers.

5. Monitor labour productivity and allocate daily work responsibilities.

6. Inspect construction materials and ensure their proper utilization.

7. Maintain daily progress reports, site records, and material consumption reports.

8. Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and construction standards.

9. Identify site-related issues and coordinate with the concerned department for timely resolution.

10. Monitor repair, renovation, plumbing, masonry, and other civil maintenance work.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of civil construction and site supervision.

- Ability to read and understand civil drawings.

- Knowledge of construction materials and quality control.

- Positive coordination and communication skills.

- Problem-solving and team management abilities.

- Knowledge of MS Excel and site documentation.
