- Bachelor or master’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering. (B-Tech/M-Tech)

- A minimum of 4-18 years of experience in the design and engineering of ground-mounted solar projects.

- Strong expertise in designing and analyzing module mounting structures, solar trackers,robotic cleaning systems, and foundation systems.

- Proficient in using STAAD Pro for structural analysis and design, AUTOCAD.

- Exposure to L-Pile software will be an added advantage.

- Knowledge of Indian (mandatory) and international (added advantage) codes and standards, including IS 800, IS802, IS875, IS 456, ASCE, AISI, AISC, etc.

- Experience with load calculations, including wind and seismic loads, as per relevant codes.

- Familiarity with solar industry best practices and construction techniques for ground mounted solar installations.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
