Reviewing & verifying the data from the CMS1500 & UB04 claim forms in accordance with U.S. Healthcare policies and prevailing business rules.

- Apply all claims policies, practices and keep in compliance with industry regulations and guidelines.

- Comply with claims timeliness guidelines.

- Proficient with all federal and state requirements in claim verification. Ability to resolve claims issues on identified verification errors.

- Other duties as assigned.

- Follow departmental workflow and established procedures for Claims verification.

- Meet Quality and Production standards.

- To ensure that all departmental policies and procedures are followed

Experience Requirements

- Minimum 1+ year of experience in data entry.

- Highly organized and able to perform multiple tasks efficiently.

- Be computer literate and must be very knowledgeable of all claim verification rules and guidelines.

- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

- Strong time management skills.

- Has the ability to work in a team environment.

- Minimum of 45 wpm typing speed.
