- Execution

- Plan, execute, and monitor civil construction activities as per approved project plans.

- Prepare project schedules and monitor progress against timelines.

- Ensure completion of projects within approved budgets and quality standards.

- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and local authorities.

Site Supervision &

- Monitoring

- Conduct regular site visits and monitor construction activities.

- Ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

- Verify measurements and certify contractor bills.

- Monitor material quality and construction workmanship.

Technical Support

- Review engineering drawings, BOQs, estimates, and technical proposals.

- Prepare quantity estimates and cost calculations.

- Provide technical guidance to contractors and field teams.

- Assist in resolving technical issues during project implementation.

Quality &

- Safety Management

- Ensure compliance with construction quality standards and organizational guidelines.





- Monitor workplace health and safety practices at project sites.

- Conduct regular inspections and identify corrective actions.

- Ensure compliance with environmental and statutory regulations.

Documentation &

- Reporting

- Maintain project records, drawings, site reports, and completion reports.

- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports.

- Update project MIS and provide status reports to management.

- Maintain project-related documentation for audits and reviews.

Stakeholder Coordination

- Coordinate with government departments, community stakeholders, contractors, and suppliers.

- Support project reviews, meetings, and presentations.

- Facilitate smooth communication between field teams and management.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
