- Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Civil Engineer with 5–6 years of experience in the real estate / construction industry. The candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day construction activities, ensuring quality execution, coordinating with contractors and consultants, monitoring project progress and ensuring timely completion of assigned work.
- Key Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil construction activities at project sites.
2. Ensure execution of work as per approved architectural and structural drawings.
3. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, architects and other project stakeholders.
4. Monitor construction progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
5. Inspect construction work to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
6. Supervise RCC work, shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, masonry, plastering, waterproofing and finishing activities.
7. Verify site measurements, quantities and material consumption.
8. Assist in preparing BOQs, quantity estimations and project progress reports.
9. Ensure proper utilisation of construction materials,



manpower and machinery.
10. Maintain daily progress reports, site records and measurement books.
11. Coordinate with procurement and stores departments for timely availability of materials.
12. Identify site-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
13. Monitor contractor performance and ensure execution as per approved specifications.
14. Ensure compliance with construction safety guidelines and statutory requirements.
15. Coordinate with the project team to ensure smooth execution of construction activities.

- Educational Qualifications:

- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Diploma in Civil Engineering may be considered with substantial relevant experience.
- Additional certifications in construction or project management will be an advantage.

- Required Skills & Competencies:

- Strong knowledge of civil construction and site execution.
- Understanding of structural and architectural drawings.
- Knowledge of RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, concreting and finishing activities.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Knowledge of BOQ preparation and quantity estimation.
- Solid coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage contractors and site manpower.

- Experience Requirements:

- 5–6 years of relevant experience in the real estate / construction industry.
- Prior experience in residential and commercial building construction.
- Hands-on experience in high-rise building construction and site execution will be preferred.
- Experience working with real estate developers or construction companies will be an added advantage.
