Civil Engineer Trainee Position: Civil Engineer Trainee Department: Projects – Civil Construction Location: Project Site Experience: Fresher / 0–1 Year Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering Job Responsibilities:

- Assist Site Engineers in daily construction activities and site supervision.
- Monitor civil works, including reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, masonry and finishing works.
- Assist in interpreting structural and architectural drawings.
- Check work quality, measurements and compliance with project specifications.
- Support quantity calculations, material reconciliation and preparation of daily progress reports.
- Coordinate with supervisors, subcontractors and site workers.
- Assist in maintaining site records, quality checklists and inspection reports.




- Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and quality standards.
- Learn construction methods, execution planning and project documentation.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of civil engineering and construction practices.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel and MS Office.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn and work at construction project sites.

Preferred Candidate: Fresh civil engineering graduates or diploma holders interested in developing a career in high-rise residential and commercial building construction.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
