About the RoleISTA SPACES is looking for a skilled and dedicated Civil Engineer to oversee and coordinate civil construction activities across its residential projects, including villas and plotted developments. The candidate will be responsible for site supervision, quality control, project coordination, and ensuring that construction activities are completed as per approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities1. Site Supervision & Execution

- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites.
- Monitor construction progress and ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, supervisors, and site workers.
- Ensure proper execution of structural, civil, finishing, and infrastructure works.
- Monitor manpower, material usage, and equipment requirements at the site.

2. Quality Control

- Ensure construction quality meets company standards and approved specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify construction defects.
- Ensure appropriate quality checks for concrete, steel, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing works.
- Coordinate necessary corrective actions to maintain quality standards.

3. Project Coordination

- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, vendors, and contractors.
- Interpret and implement architectural and structural drawings.
- Identify site-related issues and coordinate with the concerned teams for timely resolution.




- Provide regular progress updates to the Project Manager or Project Head.

4. Material & Cost Management

- Monitor construction materials and maintain proper inventory records.
- Prepare material requisitions based on project requirements.
- Minimise material wastage and ensure productive utilisation of resources.
- Assist in quantity estimation, BOQ preparation, and contractor billing verification.

5. Safety & Compliance

- Ensure compliance with construction safety standards and site safety procedures.
- Monitor workers' adherence to safety protocols.
- Maintain proper site documentation, daily progress reports, and inspection records.

Eligibility & Requirements
- Bachelor's or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in civil construction.
- Experience in residential construction, villas, or plotted development projects will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, drawings, and specifications.
- Experience in site supervision, quality control, and contractor coordination.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of BOQ, estimation, and billing procedures.
- Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Candidate ProfileCandidates with practical experience in residential villa construction, civil infrastructure, and site execution will be preferred.
