Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer to support the execution and supervision of civil construction projects for a Government Public Sector Undertaking (PSU). The candidate will be responsible for site supervision, quality control, project coordination, progress monitoring, and ensuring compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, safety standards, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site.

- Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, BOQ, technical specifications, and project schedules.

- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and project authorities.

- Monitor construction quality and ensure compliance with applicable IS codes and project standards.

- Check measurements, verify contractor bills, and assist in preparing Measurement Books (MB), BOQs, and related documentation.

- Review construction drawings and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve technical issues.

- Monitor project progress, manpower deployment, and material consumption.

- Prepare daily progress reports, site inspection reports, and other project documentation.

- Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and applicable government/PSU project requirements.

- Assist in inspections,



quality audits, testing, and project handover activities.

- Identify site-related issues and coordinate corrective actions to ensure timely project completion.

Required Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.

- Relevant experience in civil construction, infrastructure, industrial, or government projects.

- Knowledge of civil engineering drawings, estimation, quantity surveying, and site execution.

- Familiarity with MS Excel, MS Office, and AutoCAD.

- Knowledge of quality control procedures, construction materials, and relevant IS codes.

- Experience with PSU, government, EPC, or public infrastructure projects will be preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹66,000.00 per month
