- Minimum 2-6 years of practical site execution experience in residential apartment or commercial building projects.
- Excellent AutoCAD proficiency essential.
- Knowledge of architectural and structural drawings, site planning and building layouts.
- Experience in quantity estimation, BOQs, construction costing and budgeting.
- Valuable understanding of construction methods, quality control and contractor coordination.
The candidate will initially work primarily from our office for approximately one year on planning, drawings and budgeting, before moving into site execution when our projects commence.
