- Lead and manage all civil and structural construction activities for large-scale Data Center projects, ensuring execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

- Oversee site development, earthworks, excavation, foundations, RCC structures, structural steel, masonry, flooring, waterproofing, and external development works.

- Drive project execution in line with approved schedules, ensuring timely completion of construction milestones.

- Coordinate with MEP, Design, Planning, QA/QC, HSE, and subcontractors to ensure seamless integration of civil works with Data Center infrastructure.

- Review construction drawings, method statements, technical submittals, and material approvals, resolving site-related technical issues.

- Ensure compliance with quality standards, project specifications, safety regulations, and applicable statutory requirements.

- Manage subcontractors, vendors, manpower, equipment, and construction resources to achieve project deliverables.

- Monitor project progress, identify execution risks, resolve construction bottlenecks,



and implement corrective actions.

- Oversee inspections, quality audits, testing, and commissioning-related civil activities, ensuring timely closure of snags and punch points.

- Manage client, PMC, and consultant coordination, progress reviews, and construction-related reporting.

- Ensure effective cost control, resource optimization, and adherence to approved budgets.

- Drive timely completion, handover, and documentation of all civil and structural works.
