Responsibilities

- Experience with Ansible is desirable.

- Core Services: Strong knowledge of NFS, Samba, DNS, NTP, and related infrastructure services.

- Monitoring and Troubleshooting: System resource monitoring and management, log interpretation, problem determination, and resolution.

- Backup and Recovery: Strong knowledge of backup and recovery procedures.

- Linux Security: Hands-on experience with Linux firewall technologies, TCP Wrappers, iptables, and SELinux.

- Virtualization: Experience in virtualized environments, including basic VMware administration.

- Networking: Very good knowledge of Linux networking, routing, NIC bonding, and related troubleshooting.

- VM Deployment: Experience deploying Linux virtual machines on VMware ESX and Nutanix AHV.

- Management Consoles: Familiarity with HPE iLO, HPE OneView, and virtual machine consoles.

- Directory Services:



Knowledge of LDAP services is an added advantage.

- Security Governance: Very valuable knowledge of security hardening and auditing.

- Reporting and Risk: Experience preparing capacity reports and risk registers.
