Role Description

The Client Servicing Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai, responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships on a day-to-day basis. This role involves understanding client requirements, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely delivery of services and solutions.

The Client Servicing Executive will handle client communication, prepare and deliver presentations,

manage accounts, and address customer service issues to maintain high levels of satisfaction.



The position also includes tracking project progress, gathering feedback, and proactively identifying opportunities to add value for clients.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Client Services and Client Relations skills to build, maintain, and grow long-term partnerships.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to respond to inquiries, resolve issues and ensure a positive client experience.
- Candidates should possess effective Account Management skills to oversee project timelines,

deliverables, and client expectations.
- Candidates should possess confident Presentations skills to prepare and present proposals, reports and performance updates.
- Relevant skills such as excellent verbal and written communication, strong interpersonal abilities and attention to detail are beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines is preferred.
- Prior experience in client servicing, account management, or a related role, ideally within a services or creative environment, is an advantage.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is pref**
