Job Summary

CREON Studio is looking for a creative, technically skilled, and responsible Cinematographer cum Floor Manager to manage studio operations while handling cinematography and video production requirements. The candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality visuals, coordinating shoots, managing studio equipment, and ensuring the smooth functioning of daily studio activities.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Cinematography & Video Production

- Handle camera operations for brand films, promotional videos, product shoots, reels, podcasts, and commercial projects.
- Plan and execute creative camera angles, framing, and movements.
- Set up and manage lighting arrangements according to shoot requirements.
- Ensure high-quality video footage and maintain visual consistency.
- Coordinate with the editing team to ensure footage meets project requirements.
- Handle camera equipment, lenses, gimbals, and other production accessories responsibly.

2. Studio & Floor Management

- Oversee daily studio operations and ensure the studio is clean, organized, and shoot-ready.
- Coordinate and manage photoshoots, video shoots, podcasts, and other studio activities.
- Manage shoot schedules, bookings, and studio arrangements.
- Ensure cameras, lights, audio equipment, and other studio assets are properly maintained.
- Coordinate with clients, designers, editors,



and other team members during shoots.
- Ensure all necessary arrangements are completed before every shoot.
- Monitor equipment usage and ensure proper handling and storage.
- Manage day-to-day studio requirements and resolve operational issues.
- Ensure shoots are completed smoothly and according to the planned schedule.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in cinematography, video production, or studio management.
- Good knowledge of professional cameras, lenses, lighting, and audio equipment.
- Experience in shooting reels, advertisements, product videos, and brand content.
- Strong understanding of camera angles, composition, framing, and lighting.
- Positive coordination, communication, and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage studio operations and handle multiple responsibilities.
- Responsible attitude towards company equipment and assets.
- Creative mindset with good problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in digital marketing or media production companies.
- Knowledge of gimbals, stabilizers, and professional lighting setups.
- Basic knowledge of video editing.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with a creative team.

What We Expect A candidate who can efficiently handle both cinematography and studio floor management, take ownership of studio operations, maintain equipment responsibly, and ensure a smooth production experience for clients and the internal team. Immediate joiners are preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
