- Quality &

- Presentation:

Plate and garnish dishes beautifully, ensuring consistent taste, texture, and visual appeal for every order.

- Inventory Management: Track ingredient stock, monitor food freshness, and rotate products to minimize waste and reduce controllable expenses.

- Kitchen Sanitation: Maintain an organized workstation, ensure no cross-contamination occurs, and comply with strict health and safety codes.

- Staff Supervision &

- Training:

Supervise kitchen helpers, train junior chefs in authentic Chinese cooking methods, and delegate tasks efficiently.

Qualifications &

- Experience

- Previous experience as an Indian Chef in a hotel or restaurant preferred.

- Good knowledge of South Indian and North Indian cuisine.

- Knowledge of food safety, kitchen hygiene and cooking techniques.

- Ability to work in a quick-paced hotel environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
