Role Description The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is a full time, on-site leadership role based in Indore, responsible for defining and executing Digiprima Technologies’ technology vision and roadmap. The CTO will oversee end-to-end software and product development across AI, web, and mobile solutions, ensuring scalable architectures, robust security, and high-quality delivery standards. This role includes leading and mentoring engineering and product teams, setting development best practices,



and aligning technology investments with business goals and client needs.

The CTO will collaborate closely with executive leadership, sales, and delivery teams to support pre-sales, solution design, and strategic partnerships, while continuously evaluating emerging technologies relevant to AI, cloud, data, and enterprise systems. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve governance of IT operations, resource planning, budgeting, and fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Software Development and Product Development, with a track record of delivering complex AI, web, and mobile solutions at scale.
- Proficiency in IT Strategy and Architecture, including cloud-native and data-driven enterprise architectures and technology roadmapping.
- Demonstrated experience in Project Management, leading cross-functional teams, managing timelines and budgets, and driving successful outcomes.
- Experience setting and enforcing engineering standards, including code quality, security, performance, and DevOps practices.
- Advanced knowledge of modern technology stacks (e.g., cloud platforms such as Azure, microservices, APIs, data platforms, AI/ML frameworks).
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor teams, communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and influence executive decisions.
