Qualification : PG Graduate with Hospitals Administration

Experience : 7 to 10 years

Location : Gachibowli, Telangana

Job Descripition :

1. Oversee the overall day-to-day operations and administration of the hospital.
2. Ensure smooth functioning of all clinical and non-clinical departments.
3. Coordinate with the CEO, Medical Director, Nursing Superintendent, and Department Heads.
4. Monitor OPD, IPD, Emergency, Labour Room, OT, NICU, PICU, IVF, and diagnostic services.
5. Ensure optimum utilization of hospital infrastructure, manpower, beds, and medical equipment.
6. Develop and implement hospital policies, procedures, and standard operating protocols.
7. Monitor daily patient admissions, discharges, transfers, and bed occupancy.
8. Ensure adequate availability of doctors, nurses, technicians, and support staff.
9. Monitor departmental performance and ensure achievement of operational targets.
10. Improve patient flow, reduce waiting time, and ensure timely discharge.
