Roles and Responsibilities

- Ensure effective centre operation management by setting goals, monitoring progress, and identifying areas for optimization.

- Develop and execute growth strategies to drive revenue expansion and profitability across multiple verticals.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement curriculum development initiatives using AI techniques.

- Oversee business operations, including P&L; management, budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.

- Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational efficiency and drive continuous improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 8-13 years of experience in EdTech or related industries with a robust background in Business Operations, Strategic Planning, Growth Strategy, Curriculum Development, Ai Techniques, PNL Management & Profit Centre Management.

- Proven track record of developing successful growth strategies that drive revenue expansion and profitability gains.

- Excellent leadership skills with ability to manage high-performing teams across multiple locations globally.

- Strong analytical skills with expertise in data analysis and problem-solving.
