Are you a passionate marketing leader who dreams of building something big rather than just working for a monthly paycheck?

BeautyGlad is looking for an ambitious, entrepreneurial and growth-driven Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to join our leadership team and lead our marketing journey.

BeautyGlad is a growing Salon-at-Home startup that brings professional beauty and salon services directly to women's doorsteps. We are building a technology-driven beauty services platform with an ambitious vision to transform the at-home beauty and wellness industry in India.

We are not looking for someone who simply manages marketing campaigns. We are looking for someone who can take ownership, build a brand, drive customer acquisition, increase retention and create a scalable growth engine.

## The Chance

This is an Equity-Based Leadership Opportunity with NO FIXED MONTHLY SALARY.

Instead of a conventional salary package, the selected candidate will receive equity participation in BeautyGlad, subject to mutually agreed terms and a formal equity agreement.

You will work directly with the founder and have the opportunity to shape the company's marketing strategy, build the brand and contribute to creating a scalable business.

## Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Building & Positioning

- Develop and execute BeautyGlad's overall brand strategy.
- Establish BeautyGlad as a trusted and recognizable Salon-at-Home brand.
- Build a strong brand identity and differentiated market positioning.
- Lead brand awareness, PR, influencer marketing and collaborations.

Performance Marketing & Customer Acquisition

- Plan and manage Meta Ads, Google Ads and other digital advertising channels.
- Develop customer acquisition strategies across multiple cities.
- Optimize CAC, ROAS, conversion rates and marketing ROI.
- Build scalable paid acquisition campaigns.

3. Growth & Revenue Strategy

- Develop strategies to increase bookings and average order value.
- Drive customer retention, repeat purchases and referrals.
- Build and optimize the complete customer acquisition funnel.
- Identify new growth opportunities and marketing channels.

4. Digital & Social Media Marketing

- Lead Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other social media channels.
- Develop engaging content, campaigns, reels and creative strategies.
- Drive organic growth, community building and customer engagement.
- Oversee SEO, content marketing and website growth.

5. Marketing Team & Leadership

- Build and lead the marketing team.
- Manage creative agencies, influencers and marketing partners.
- Establish marketing KPIs and performance dashboards.
- Work closely with the founder and operations team to achieve business goals.

## Who Should Apply?

- Someone with 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing or brand management.
- Experience in startups, D2C, e-commerce, beauty,



lifestyle or consumer businesses will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Proven ability to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and optimizing CAC and ROAS.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and execution capabilities.
- Someone who believes in building long-term value rather than chasing a monthly salary.
