About the RoleWe are looking for a highly creative, innovative and experienced Chief Architect to lead the master planning and architectural direction of our luxury integrated township projects across India.

We are looking for someone who can think beyond standard township layouts and bring fresh ideas, strong design sensibilities and international perspectives to large-scale luxury developments.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in master planning, urban design and mixed-use developments, along with the ability to lead large teams and translate ambitious concepts into practical, executable master plans.

The role involves working closely with the CMD, international design consultants and multidisciplinary teams to develop the next generation of Della's luxury townships.

Key Responsibilities1. Master Planning & Design Innovation

- Lead master planning and architectural design for luxury integrated townships ranging from 80 to 1,000+ acres.
- Develop innovative master plans that go beyond conventional residential layouts and township planning.
- Bring fresh ideas in urban design, land utilisation, circulation, spatial planning, landscape integration and architecture.
- Integrate luxury residences, branded residences,



5-star hospitality, sports, wellness, retail, commercial spaces and recreation within cohesive master plans.
- Incorporate biophilic architecture, salutogenic design, sustainability and future-fit infrastructure.

2. Architectural Design & Global Collaboration

- Work with leading international architects, master planners and specialist design consultants.
- Develop and refine architectural concepts, master plans, layouts and design guidelines.
- Introduce new design approaches, international trends, materials and planning innovations.
- Ensure architectural quality and consistency across multiple township developments.

3. Team Leadership & Project Management

- Lead, build and manage large teams of architects, urban planners, designers and external consultants.
- Oversee multiple township projects simultaneously, ensuring quality, timelines and design deliverables.
- Coordinate with PMC teams, civil engineers, landscape architects, MEP consultants and liaisoning teams.
- Review master plans, technical drawings and design submissions.
- Ensure compliance with development regulations, statutory requirements and project budgets.
- Drive design reviews, resolve technical challenges and ensure smooth coordination between design and execution teams.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Urban Planning.
- 12–18+ years of experience in architecture, master planning and large-scale real estate development.




- Mandatory experience in master planning integrated townships of 80 acres or more.
- Proven experience in luxury townships, premium mixed-use developments or high-end master-planned communities.
- Strong expertise in urban design, zoning, land-use optimisation, infrastructure planning and architectural design.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage large multidisciplinary architectural and design teams.
- Good understanding of DCR, municipal approvals, statutory requirements and RERA.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM and relevant master planning software.
- Experience working with international architects and global design firms will be preferred.
