We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Chief Accountant to manage the company's accounting operations, financial reporting, statutory compliance, and financial controls in our gold manufacturing business.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate books of accounts.

- Handle purchase, sales, gold stock and jewelry manufacturing accounts.

- Maintain accurate gold inventory records, including raw gold, WIP, finished goods, and wastage.

- Monitor gold reconciliation and job-work transactions.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

- Handle GST returns, TDS, TCS, and other statutory compliances.

- Manage bank reconciliation, vendor payments, customer outstanding, and cash flow.

- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and statutory authorities.

- Monitor production costs, making charges, wastage, and manufacturing expenses.





- Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis for management.

- Ensure proper internal controls and accounting procedures.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent qualification.

- 5–8 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.

- Experience in gold, jewellery, or manufacturing industry is preferred.

- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, TCS, and taxation.

- Positive knowledge of inventory accounting and gold reconciliation.

- Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software.

- Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
