Job Title: Chef – Product Development & Manufacturing

About the Role

Brewverve is looking for a skilled chef to produce our range of coffee cubes, tea cubes and coffee premixes. You will own the production process, from recipe execution to a consistent finished product.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and manufacture coffee cubes, tea cubes and coffee premixes to Brewerf's recipes and standards
- Maintain consistent taste, texture, colour and quality across every batch
- Measure, blend and process ingredients accurately
- Follow food safety, hygiene and sanitation practices (FSSAI guidelines)
- Maintain batch records and report production output
- Monitor ingredient stock and flag shortages or wastage
- Operate and keep clean all production equipment and the workspace




- Support trials of recent flavours and improvements to existing products

Qualifications
- BSc, any degree, or a diploma from a recognised college (Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, Food Technology or a related field preferred)

Skills
- Hands-on experience with beverages, premixes or food production (preferred)
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Attention to detail and consistency
- Ability to work in a team and follow SOPs
- Willingness to learn new processes
