Job Overview

We are looking for experienced and passionate Physics and Chemistry Faculty members to join our academic team. The ideal candidates should have strong subject knowledge, excellent teaching skills, and experience preparing students for competitive examinations such as JEE and NEET.

1. Physics Faculty – Key Responsibilities

- Teach Physics to students preparing for JEE/NEET examinations.
- Cover Mechanics, Thermodynamics, Electrodynamics, Optics and Modern Physics.
- Develop lesson plans, assignments, study materials and test papers.
- Explain complex concepts through effective teaching methodologies.
- Conduct regular tests and performance assessments.
- Handle student doubts and provide academic mentoring.
- Focus on improving student results and conceptual understanding.

2. Chemistry Faculty – Key Responsibilities

- Teach Physical, Organic and Inorganic Chemistry.
- Prepare students for JEE/NEET competitive examinations.
- Develop comprehensive notes, assignments and practice questions.
- Explain chemical reactions, mechanisms and numerical problems.
- Conduct regular assessments and doubt-clearing sessions.
- Track student performance and provide individual guidance.




- Implement effective teaching strategies to improve academic results.

Candidate Requirements

- M.Sc. in Physics/Chemistry or relevant postgraduate qualification.
- 4–5 years of teaching experience.
- Strong command over the respective subject.
- Prior experience in JEE/NEET coaching institutes preferred.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to deliver engaging and effective demo lectures.
- Strong academic track record and student results preferred.
