What you’ll do

- Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile accounts payable.
- Produce error-free accounting reports and present for payment authorization.
- Analyze Vendor information and approve for vendor registration in accounting tool.
- Prepare and record assets, liability, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account payable bills & relevant information.
- Maintain and balance Account payable department by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions, resolving discrepancies.
- Period close accounting entries (accruals) in NetSuite, Maintenance of AP ledgers; reconciling entries.




- Assist in completing external audit by analyzing and scheduling Accounts payables, Accruals and providing information for auditors.
- Secure financial information by completing database backups.
- Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- TDS deduction, and GST compliance related to Vendor payments & reimbursements.

Skills & Qualifications

- Thorough knowledge of Accounts Payable and basic accounting procedures with working knowledge of GAAP.
- Experience looking for 8-10 years
- Commerce bachelor’s degree + MBA/ICWA/CA.
- Familiarity with financial accounting statements.
- Working experience on labor Laws, TDS & GST.
- Expert knowledge of MS Excel.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office
- US GAAP experience will be an advantage, but not mandatory.
- Good communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Accounting Software ERPs (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP) etc.
