Position Title: Chartered Accountant (CA) Reporting To: Chief Financial O?icer (CFO)

Location: Coimbatore, India Department: Finance & Accounts

Role Purpose To support the CFO in ensuring statutory compliance, accurate financial reporting, tax planning, and operational e?iciency. The CA will play a critical role in strengthening

NVL’s financial discipline, preparing for IPO-readiness, and supporting investor/regulator communication.

Key Responsibilities

 Preparation and finalization of financial statements as per Ind-AS/IFRS.

 Ensure compliance with Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST, FEMA, and SEBI norms.

 Assist in statutory audits, internal audits, and tax assessments.

 Manage working capital, receivables, and payables.

 Support CFO in financial modeling,



scenario analysis, and IPO documentation.

 Implement internal controls and process improvements.

 Liaise with statutory auditors, tax consultants, and regulators

Candidate Profile

 Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) – ICAI.

 Experience: Fresh CA or CA with 1 to 2 years willing to work in corporate finance, preferably in EPC/renewable energy/SME sector.

 Skills: Solid knowledge of Ind-AS, GST, TDS, MCA filings, financial modeling, and ERP systems (Zoho).

 Attributes: Analytical, detail-oriented, compliance-focused, and capable of working under tight deadlines.
