Key Position Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Financial Reporting

- Manage daily accounting, ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare financial statements and MIS reports.
- Handle monthly and year-end closing.

2. GST, TDS & Statutory Compliance

- Manage GST/TDS calculations, reconciliations, and return filings.
- Ensure timely statutory compliance and coordinate audits.

3. Manufacturing Costing & Inventory Control

- Prepare product cost sheets and analyse manufacturing expenses.
- Monitor inventory, material consumption, wastage, and stock valuation.
- Reconcile physical stock with accounting records.

4. Accounts Payable, Receivable & Working Capital

- Monitor vendor payments, customer collections, and outstanding balances.
- Manage invoicing, cash flow, and working capital.
- Coordinate financial reconciliations across departments.

5. Budgeting, MIS & Financial Analysis

- Prepare budgets, MIS reports, and variance analysis.
- Monitor expenses, profitability, and financial performance.
- Support forecasting and management decision-making.

6. Audit & Internal Controls

- Coordinate internal, statutory, and tax audits.




- Maintain audit records and ensure financial policy compliance.
- Identify control gaps and recommend improvements.

Required Skills & Competencies Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, GST, and TDS.

Understanding of manufacturing accounting, inventory valuation, and cost accounting.

Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally ERP/Tally Prime or ERP systems.

Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail and the ability to meet statutory deadlines.

Valuable communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualified Chartered Accountant from ICAI.

0–5 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.

Candidates with experience in manufacturing, food processing, FMCG, or B2B businesses will be preferred.

Freshly qualified CAs with a strong understanding of accounting, taxation, and financial reporting may also apply.
