Role & Responsibilities:

- Handle quarterly and annual financial reporting and finalisation of accounts.
- Ensure compliance with SEBI (LODR), Companies Act, and stock exchange requirements.
- Manage statutory, internal and tax audits.
- Prepare financial statements, annual reports and Board-related financial information.
- Ensure compliance with Ind AS, GST and Income Tax regulations.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors and regulatory authorities.
- Monitor internal financial controls and corporate governance requirements.

Candidate Profile:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).

· Experience in Busy Accounting Software is preferred. Strong Excel and analytical skills. · Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a listed company.
- Strong knowledge of SEBI regulations, Companies Act and Ind AS.
- Valuable financial reporting, audit and compliance skills.
