Urgent job opening for Chartered Accountant at Location Andheri (East)

Role Overview:

We are looking to hire a qualified Chartered Accountant who will be involved across multiple practice areas including Audit, Taxation, and Advisory. The role offers hands-on exposure and client interaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Audit & Assurance

Conduct and manage Statutory Audits and Internal Audits

Prepare audit reports, working papers, and documentation

Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements

2. Direct & Indirect Taxation

Handle Income Tax matters including return filing, assessments, and advisory

Manage GST compliance, filings, reconciliations, and litigation support

Assist in tax planning and advisory assignments

3. International Tax & Transfer Pricing

Assist in transfer pricing documentation and compliance

Support cross-border taxation and regulatory matters

4. Company Law & Compliance

Handle company law compliance, and advisory

Support in structuring and regulatory matters

5. Due Diligence & Advisory

Participate in financial due diligence assignments

Support in management consultancy and transaction advisory

Assist in preparation of reports and client deliverables

6. Client Management

Interact directly with clients for data collection,



clarifications, and deliverables

Ensure timely completion of assignments

Key Requirements

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

13 years of post-qualification experience (CA firm experience preferred)

Strong knowledge of

o Audit & Accounting o Income Tax & GST o Basic understanding of Company Law

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong communication and client-handling abilities

Preferred Profile

Experience in a CA firm / professional services environment

Exposure to multiple domains (Audit + Tax + Compliance)

Willingness to work in a hands-on, agile environment
