We are looking for experienced professionals to join our US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team in Bengaluru.

- Shift: Day Shift / Mid Shift
- Experience: 1–5 Years
- Department: US Healthcare RCM
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform quality audits of charge entry transactions.
- Validate patient demographics, insurance details, provider information, and dates of service.
- Review CPT/HCPCS codes, ICD-10 codes, modifiers, units, and charges.
- Identify errors, coding discrepancies, and missing information.
- Provide feedback to associates and support error correction.
- Track quality scores, audit findings, and productivity metrics.
- Prepare quality reports and coordinate with operations teams.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and client-specific guidelines.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience in US Healthcare RCM.
- Knowledge of Charge Entry processes and workflows.
- Good understanding of CPT/HCPCS, ICD-10, modifiers, and units of service.
- Experience in Charge Entry QA or quality auditing is preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
