: Central Sales Manager

Experience: 5–8 Years

Location—Bengaluru

Age Criteria: Up to 32 Years

CTC: Up to ₹9 LPA Fixed + Variable

Working Days: Saturday & Sunday (Monday Off)

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, manage, and motivate the central sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

- Drive B2B/B2C business development and revenue growth for software application products.

- Generate leads through market research, referrals, prospecting, and digital platforms.

- Conduct product demonstrations and business presentations to prospective clients and decision-makers.

- Build relationships with apartment societies, builders, committee members, and other key stakeholders.

- Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, negotiations, follow-ups, and closures.

- Drive onboarding of new apartments and societies onto the platform.

- Monitor sales performance, pipelines,



and team targets through CRM and regular reviews.

Mandatory Requirements:

- 5–8 years of sales/business development experience.

- Minimum 2 years of team-handling or sales management experience.

- Experience in software, SaaS, or application product sales preferred.

- Hardware/IoT sales experience will be an added advantage.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.

- Proficiency in English and Hindi is mandatory.

- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

- Comfortable working on weekends (Monday weekly off).
