Job Purpose To ensure smooth clinic operations, excellent patient experience, effective team management, revenue achievement, and compliance with healthcare standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day clinic operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments.
- Coordinate doctors, optometrists, CRM, reception, and support staff.
- Ensure excellent patient experience, minimum waiting time, and timely complaint resolution.
- Monitor patient footfall, revenue, consultation conversion, and business performance.
- Ensure effective manpower, equipment,



and infrastructure utilization.
- Monitor billing, collections, inventory, and operational expenses.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality standards, hygiene, and statutory compliance.
- Drive patient follow-ups, retention, referral generation, and local business development.
- Maintain staff discipline, attendance, training, and productivity.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
- Experience in Software Billing/pharmacy/operational/reports
- Vendor Management

Reports such as -
- Center Revenue records.
- Patient satisfaction and retention.
- Attendance & Leave Management.
- Inventory control and cost optimization.
