Position: Chef de Partie (CDP) – Chinese Cuisine

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced CDP – Chinese Chef who can independently manage the Chinese kitchen section, prepare authentic Chinese dishes, maintain food quality, and ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare authentic Chinese dishes as per restaurant standards.
- Independently manage the Chinese kitchen section.
- Handle wok cooking, sauces, gravies, noodles, rice, and Chinese preparations.
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
- Ensure food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards.
- Monitor stock, inventory, and kitchen supplies.
- Minimize food wastage and maintain portion control.
- Coordinate with the Head Chef and kitchen team.




- Train and guide Commis Chefs and junior kitchen staff.
- Ensure timely preparation and delivery of food orders.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8–15 years of experience in Chinese cuisine.
- Previous experience as CDP or Demi Chef de Partie preferred.
- Strong knowledge of authentic Chinese cooking techniques.
- Expertise in wok handling, Chinese sauces, noodles, rice, and starters.
- Good knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene.
- Ability to manage the section independently.
