About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive, responsible and results-oriented Center Directress (CD) who can independently lead the day-to-day operations, drive admissions, lead staff, and build strong parent relationships.

Experienced Preschool Center Heads and capable Academic Coordinators ready to take on a leadership role are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Admissions & Business Growth: Handle parent inquiries, conduct center tours, follow up on leads, and drive admission conversions.
- Center Operations: Take ownership of daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning, child safety, and adherence to quality standards.
- Staff Management: Lead, guide, and supervise teachers and support staff, ensuring accountability and effective coordination.
- Parent Relations: Build parent confidence, address concerns professionally, and ensure timely resolution.
- Leadership & Accountability: Proactively identify and resolve challenges, maintain records, and deliver results with minimum supervision.

Requirements:




- Experience in preschool/daycare management, academic coordination, or a similar leadership role.
- Strong communication, admission counseling, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to independently manage staff, parents and daily center operations.
- Valuable organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Bachelor's degree required; early childhood education qualifications are an advantage.
