About Us

Sangria by cconceptt is a premium dining destination in Raipur, known for its authentic flavors and quality-driven kitchen. We are hiring an experienced Tandoor CDP to lead our Indian & Tandoor section.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently handle the complete Tandoor section - Roti, Naan, Kulcha, Tandoori Starters, Kebabs, Tikkas
- Maintain taste, texture, and presentation as per brand SOPs
- Manage live tandoor counter during service hours (if required)
- Ensure consistency in marination, dough preparation, and tandoor temperature control
- Supervise and train Commi 1, Commi 2 & helpers in tandoor section
- Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and FSSAI food safety standards
- Manage inventory, daily indent, stock control and minimize wastage
- Coordinate with Executive Chef / Sous Chef for menu innovation and bulk / banquet orders
- Ensure timely delivery of orders in coordination with Main Course and Curry section





Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of proven experience as CDP - Tandoor / Indian Curry & Tandoor in a reputed Restaurant / 4-5 Star Hotel / Premium QSR
- Expertise in various types of Indian breads, kebabs, tikkas, marination techniques
- Knowledge of clay tandoor and gas tandoor operations
- Strong knowledge of food costing, portion control and inventory
- Ability to manage a team and handle rush-hour pressure
- Hotel Management / Culinary certification preferred but not mandatory if experience is strong
- Willing to relocate to Raipur and work on-site
