We are seeking a motivated CASA Sales Officer to join our team in Kerala. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of Current Accounts and Savings Accounts (CASA) while managing relationships with High Net-worth Individuals (HNI). This role requires a proactive approach to identify and engage potential clients, ensuring that their banking needs are met with tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain a robust portfolio of CASA clients, focusing on HNI clients.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities for CASA sales.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide appropriate banking solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by the management.




- Stay updated on banking products and services to effectively communicate benefits to clients.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of CASA products, including current and savings accounts.
- Excellent relationship management skills, particularly with HNI clients.
- Proven sales skills and a track record of achieving sales targets.
